Caliber Roofing LLC / RoofCare
Program terms / enrollment confirmed in writing
RoofCare Service Terms
Review these terms before requesting enrollment. A website inquiry does not start membership or authorize a charge. Caliber and the homeowner confirm the property, scope, dates, and price in a written enrollment agreement.
Membership, price, and renewal
$249 covers one 12-month membership for one enrolled residential property, including one annual inspection, its report, and a certificate of inspection. Caliber confirms property eligibility and safe access before accepting enrollment.
$99 covers each additional scheduled member inspection and updated report during the active term. Repairs and other services are priced separately. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.
The written agreement records the start and end dates. Membership does not renew automatically. A renewal requires the homeowner’s agreement; no card is charged through this website.
Scheduling and deliverables
Caliber contacts the member to arrange the annual visit. The homeowner provides permission and reasonable safe access. Weather, unsafe conditions, and access limitations may require rescheduling or a limited inspection documented in the report.
For eligible repairs and additional inspections, active members are offered the next suitable appointment ahead of comparable nonmember requests. Urgency, safety, weather, crew availability, and commitments already made take precedence. Priority does not guarantee a date, emergency attendance, or storm-response time.
The report records the inspected areas, methods, observations, photographs, limitations, and recommendations. The certificate references that report and confirms the inspection occurred. Caliber aims to deliver both together within five business days after the visit; if more time is needed, we contact the homeowner with a revised date.
Caliber retains the membership inspection record and supplies the homeowner a copy through a private delivery method. Homeowners should save their own copies and repair receipts. Comparisons depend on available prior records; no online customer portal is included.
Transfer when the property changes hands
The original member may request one no-fee transfer of the remaining membership to the next homeowner of the same enrolled property. Caliber confirms the sale, the new owner’s contact and consent, and the transfer in writing.
A transfer does not reset the 12-month term, add an inspection, restore a used inspection, or move the benefit to another address. Unused benefits and discounts apply only through the original end date.
Reports and photographs created for the prior owner are private. Caliber shares them with the new owner only with the prior owner’s authorization or another appropriate basis; otherwise the new owner receives future records only.
Member discounts
Members receive 10% off eligible roof repairs and $500 off a retail roof replacement.
Discounts apply to eligible Caliber work at the enrolled property while membership is active and must be shown on the written estimate before authorization. The repair discount applies to the eligible repair subtotal before tax; the replacement discount is $500 per eligible retail roof replacement.
Retail replacements are homeowner-paid projects outside an insurance claim. Discounts do not waive or credit insurance deductibles, apply retroactively to existing contracts, or combine with other promotions. The $99 inspection fee is not repair work and receives no repair discount.
The written estimate identifies eligible work and its discount. No purchase of recommended repairs or a replacement is required to remain a member.
Scope and exclusions
The service is a visual inspection of safely accessible roofing components, not a full home inspection, engineering assessment, destructive investigation, leak warranty, or code certification.
Repairs, cleaning, materials, emergency tarping, leak testing, and concealed conditions are outside the membership price. Attic or interior access requires permission and an agreed scope.
The certificate documents the inspection; it does not certify a defect-free roof, remaining useful life, or FORTIFIED status. No emergency attendance or storm-response time is guaranteed.
Insurance and homeowner decisions
Inspection records may help explain observed roof conditions to your insurer. They do not guarantee coverage, a claim payment, a renewal, or a premium discount. Your insurer determines what documentation it accepts.
Reports must describe conditions honestly, including defects and inaccessible areas. The homeowner is responsible for considering recommendations, arranging authorized repairs, and meeting insurer deadlines. Caliber does not decide coverage or provide public-adjusting services under this membership.
Cancellation, changes, and questions
Contact Caliber to cancel or reschedule. Before the first included inspection is performed, cancellation receives a refund of the membership fee paid. After that inspection is performed, the annual fee is earned for the delivered service and is not prorated; this does not limit rights provided by law.
If Caliber cannot provide the included inspection and a suitable reschedule cannot be agreed, the unperformed membership service is refunded. Additional inspection appointments canceled before performance are refunded if prepaid.
Caliber confirms any scope or price change in writing before charging for it. Questions: contact@caliberroofs.com or (910) 218-8178.
