A dated report with location-labeled photographs, observed conditions, access limitations, recommended next steps, and comparisons with prior Caliber reports when available.
A certificate of inspection
A signed record that the inspection occurred, linked to its full report. It records the visit; it is not a guarantee that the roof is defect-free.
Member savings
Members receive 10% off eligible roof repairs and $500 off a retail roof replacement. Repairs and replacements are separately quoted and require your authorization.
A second look when you need it
$99 for an additional member inspection and updated report during the membership year. Request one after a storm, after repairs, or ahead of an insurance review.
Priority scheduling
When you request an eligible repair or additional inspection, we offer the next suitable appointment to active members ahead of comparable nonmember requests, subject to safety, weather, and crew availability. Emergency service is not guaranteed.
Stays with your home
If you sell the enrolled property, you may transfer the unused part of your membership to its next homeowner at no charge. The original end date and any already-used inspection stay the same.

Why pay when Caliber offers free inspections?
Our free inspection includes photos and a written summary of what we find. RoofCare adds a scheduled annual service, a standardized detailed report, an inspection certificate, a continuing record with comparisons where available, and member discounts. You do not need a membership to request a free inspection.
How do the member discounts work?
An active member receives 10% off eligible Caliber roof repairs and $500 off a homeowner-paid retail roof replacement at the enrolled property. The discount appears on the written estimate before you authorize work. Retail replacement means a project purchased outside an insurance claim. Discounts are not deductible waivers or credits and do not apply retroactively or combine with other promotions.
Does the certificate certify my roof for insurance?
No. It confirms the date, property, inspector, and scope of a completed inspection and identifies the associated report. It does not certify future performance, remaining roof life, code compliance, insurability, or an IBHS FORTIFIED designation.
Will this help with an insurance claim or renewal?

Your insurer determines what documentation it accepts. Share the complete report, including any defects and completed repairs, and ask your insurer whether it needs a particular form or inspection.
Are repairs or emergency visits included?
No. Membership includes the inspection and documentation described here. Repairs, cleaning, materials, leak testing, emergency tarping, and structural or destructive investigation require a separate written scope and price. An additional inspection is a scheduled visit, not an emergency response guarantee.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Active members are offered the next suitable opening ahead of comparable nonmember requests for eligible repairs or additional inspections. Urgency, safety, weather, crew capacity, and existing commitments still determine the schedule. It is not a guaranteed appointment, emergency response, or faster storm service.
Can I transfer RoofCare when I sell my home?
Yes. Tell us in writing before or shortly after closing and provide the new owner’s contact information with their permission. We can transfer the remaining membership to the new owner of the same property once, at no charge. The end date does not change, and an inspection already performed is not repeated. We will share prior private reports only with the original owner’s authorization.
When do I receive my report and certificate?
We aim to send the completed report and signed certificate together within five business days after your actual inspection. If more time is needed, we contact you with a revised date. Your documents are delivered privately, and you should save your own copies.
How do I join or renew?
Request RoofCare through our contact form or call us. We confirm the property, access, membership dates, price, and written service terms before enrollment or payment. Membership lasts 12 months and does not renew automatically.
